Product Information

We have an amazing product information manual available for your reference. This contains everything you need to know about Chrysanthos products! If we have missed anything or you have further questions, send us an email.

Most importantly, before using the Chrysanthos range ensure your kiln is calibrated correctly and you have read the instructions on the bottle.

Products and sizes not available online can be viewed in our catalogues for purchase if you are a distributor, small manufacturer, or wholesaler.

Alternatively, you can check in with your local distributor.

Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped after payment confirmation by EUB or Fed-Ex from our warehouse in China. We aim to have your order processed within 2 working days. Please ensure details are correct at checkout as we cannot redirect these packages after dispatch.

Due to COVID-19, shipping times are varied at the moment and we suggest you track your package. It may take up to 24 hours for shipping information to be updated. Tracking numbers are included for all orders.

FedEx

The minimum chargeable weight for all FedEx parcels is 500g, with 500g increments thereafter. Shipping becomes cheaper by the bottle with the more you order. Our Shipping Charges table can give you an estimation of what the rates are for both International Priority and International Economy.

Insurance is an optional extra cost selected at checkout and charged at 0.8% of the cart contents value.

We do not accept returns on change of mind items. If a product is deemed to be faulty, we will replace or refund the item. Please contact us at admin@chrysanthos.com within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

Coverage is only available for shipments sent through Fed-Ex. Insurance is for damaged or lost goods which are covered for the declared value.

If damage to goods is due to poor packaging on our part, we will refund or replace the goods. Please email photos through to admin@chrysanthos.com within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

Unfortunately, we can only ship to certain countries due to import restrictions involving paints. Please check if your country appears on the dropdown list at checkout.

It may also be cheaper to buy from your local distributor.

Country not on the list?

Please contact us if you do not see your country listed as a shipping option. We will need to investigate further if we can ship our colors to you or refer you to a distributor.

Ordering and Pricing

We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards. Please note, your bank may charge currency conversion charges.

Product pricing is listed in US$ as default. Currency can be switched via header on desktop or mobile menu on mobile devices.

The shipping costs do not include any additional duties, taxes, or fees. You are responsible for any additional fees incurred by your country. If you fail to pay these fees the goods will be halted, and we cannot refund you for these. Please check with your country on clearing shipments.
