Underglaze in so many ways.

Five liquid ranges, plus our awesome chalk and pencil options.

The power of one. Just pure, solid colour, no tricks or pooling effects here. Like your glaze straightforward and classy, this one is for you. Keep it sleek on low, mid, or high fire pieces.

The ultimate wildcard. With these glazes, every piece is one of a kind.  Throw in some crevices, experiment with firing temps, and watch your art do its thing.

The show stopper. Glorious crystals bringing in the wow factor! Available in low and mid-fire, these beauties can craze like nobody’s business, so maybe don’t serve up dinner on them. But as eye candy? Next level.

For work that pops (literally). These glazes create a raised, textured effect that doesn’t flatten out in the firing. Great for linework, sponging, or even a little palette knife action. Works wonders at low or mid-fire.

Color treat, without the heat. These bad boys don’t go near a kiln – just like regular acrylic paint, but made for bisque. Perfect for kids’ programs and bisque art parties; just paint and go, no firing required.

Lock it in, for the win. The final seal! Work so good you want to eat off it? Food-safe option is for you. Just like your stuff shiny? We’ve got your back at low, mid, or high-fire.

Keep the studio stocked. For high-volume glaze fiends who want to minimise waste. Buy in bulk and mix as you need. Awesome way to get a little more bang for your buck.

What is the difference between Stoneware Glaze I and II?

Stoneware Glaze I is best used over pieces decorated with the Underglaze and One Stroke ranges. While the Stoneware Glaze II is best used over Cafe Color High Fire.

Which clear glaze is best for the Underglaze and One Sroke ranges?

Depending on your firing range, we recommend the below clear glazes.

Gloss Finish
Cone 07 – 03: Superior Clear Glaze
Cone 4 – 6: High Fire Clear Glaze
Cone 6 – 10: Stoneware Clear Glaze I

Crackle Finish
Cone 06 – 04: Crackle Glaze Clear
Cone 4 – 6: Crackle Glaze Clear H

Can I use a clear glaze over Cafe Color G even though it fires gloss?

You sure can! Cafe Color G is a hybrid underglaze that can be dipped in clear glaze without firing on the color first! We suggest using the Superior Clear Glaze because Cafe Color G is low-firing.

Will the clear glaze smudge my Underglaze Pencil and Underglaze Chalk design?

Maybe! Before brushing on the clear glaze, sponge on a first coat beforehand. This helps minimise smudging that beautiful design.

Dipping into clear glaze is fine.
